WE'RE BAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!

Larry Williams: Please email me at the Editor email address, or call Roy

Hey Folks,

I guess if you are here, then you have either seen or were told that we are back! Yes, it's true. Treasure Hunter Confidential has been resurrected. After speaking with Dr. Roy Roush, I realized that I had forgotten how important THC was to the Treasure Hunting Community. I also realized that several very knowledgeable old timers have passed, and much of what they knew went with them. Their passing, and the wealth of knowledge they had accumulated over the years are both great losses. Even while still at Roy's House, I started obsessing over an idea. That idea was to resurrect THC, get as many of the REAL Treasure Hunters and experts that are still around to contribute as much of what they know as they feel comfortable sharing. While still just in the "good idea stage" I started contacting all the experts in the field of Treasure Hunting and Technical Treasure Hunting, that I knew or could get contact information for. Without exception, every one said that they would be delighted to contribute. Here is a short list of some of the people who will be involved:

"I feel I should mention a Special Thanks at the top of the list of contributors to Greg Davis of the Superstition Mountains Historical Society, who has most graciously permitted us the use of his personal library, which is one of the most extensive treasure hunting libraries in private hands extant. Thanks-Greg"

The New THC will still hold to the ideals of the original. Nothing but the "straight skinny". The truth and nothing but the truth about every aspect of REAL Treasure Hunting, as told by the REAL experts in the field. It's been a long time coming, but it will have been well worth the wait! Your input will be both necessary and highly valuable in determining the breadth and scope of this publication. The original newsletter was usually 10-16 pages long, but I think that there is enough good information out there to warrant something a little longer.

What we need most right now is your input! We need letters to the editor. We need signs, markers, and monuments for our Ask The Pros Section ( we need pictures, and very detailed descriptions of the site). We need questions about possible treasure sites in your area. We also need suggestions for stuff we haven't thought of yet! Your input will be very valuable to us, so let us know what you think! All the necessary contact emails are below:

As I get more information, I will post it here, and on as many of the Treasure Hunting Forums as I have time for. We are shooting for January to get out the first copy. We plan on being available in both e-Zine and Print (print will cost a little more). Many of the little details are still being worked out. I just want to say Thanks again to everyone who has so graciously volunteered to help with bringing back, in my opinion, the most well respected Treasure Hunting Publication ever!

Best Wishes and See Ya Soon,

Mike McChesney
